Rachit Ranjan is a law graduate from National Law University, Visakhapatnam, and is a qualified Advocate with extensive exposure in Corporate Commercial Litigation and General Corporate Advisory.
Rachit has worked extensively in matter pertaining to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, Company Act, SARFESI Act, RERA, FEMA and Arbitration Act. He has a considerable amount of experience in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process. He has represented and Assisted various Financial Creditor, Resolution Professionals and Resolution Applicants in various CIRPs including CIRP of Era Infra Engineering Limited, Su- Kam Power Energy Limited, Adel Landmarks Limited, MSA Infrastructure Limited, Today Homes Noida Private Limited, etc. He regularly appears before the Hon'ble NCLT and the Hon’ble NCLAT, not limited to this he has successfully assisted and briefed various Senior Lawyers before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
