She has immense knowledge and over 4 years of experience in diversified Secretarial matters, Due diligence, Incorporation of various entities, FEMA & NBFC Compliances and Drafting and vetting of various Legal Opinions. She has worked on various Transactions and her vast experience includes drafting and reviewing of Transactional and other agreements including Term Sheet, Joint Venture agreements, Shareholders agreements, Share Purchase agreements, Partnership agreement, etc. She is also handling various Retainer Clients including MNCs independently.
In addition to the compliances under the Companies Act with specific impetus on Secretarial Compliance Report, XBRL Filing, Secretarial Audit and Funding, she is also ensuring the Compliances related to SEBI, Stock Exchanges and regulations issued by the NSDL, CDS Land NS Eapart from day to day procedural Compliances and working on Management Information System (MIS)Reporting. She is also involved in liaisoning with various Regulatory Authorities and Statutory Bodies.
